What is the procedure to remove and replace the RA motor on the Celestron CGE-Pro Mount?

You just take the four screws off of the cover, and it may be easier to remove the box.  There are eight screws for this; four on the bottom and two each side. The the motor is there.  Disconnect the wires, take of the small gear, remove the screws holding the motor on, then reverse with the new motor.
