Very nice!!

It seems that you were up on "the mountain" - nice to shoot it with an unobstructed horizon

Yes, Hamilton (Canada) is half on "the Mountain" (the Niagara Escarpment), 200m above the sea level, and half at the sea level (near the lake). I live on the mountain, and yesterday explored the best spots where one can see the horizon in the NE direction, found some, so this morning it was easy (the hardest part was to wake up at 5am :) ).  The weather forecast was terrible (rain) until yesterday, when all of a sudden it upgraded to clear skies!

Very nice Syam.  I know the feeling of getting up early to catch a chance.  I shot the Lunar eclipse a few weeks ago, 2:30am is for the birds, well even before the birds, it was for the bats!  Did get some nice shots toward the end as the moon turned pink and disappeared behind a glacier covered mountain over the Gore Range here in Colorado.  Glad to be able to whitness through your lens the Solar eclipse in Ontario,  thanks.
