Hi everyone,

Last night my phone automatically ran an update for iOS 14.6, and today I found that I’m no longer able to open SkySafari 5 Pro on my phone. Apparently the app is no longer supported by my current iOS version. I’m hoping to at least access some observing lists on there and get the info off of them. Can anyone offer some advice?

Thank you.

This has been discussed recently in the forum.

The solution seems to be to offload the app and restore it.  This will ensure you don’t lose any data.

Glad that fixed it.  I can only assume this is a iOS bug that was introduced recently.  I can't see how SkySafari can be causing this.

Dave,

The "official" solution seems more complex than needed.  Keiron says to manually back up your settings and then delete and reinstall the app.  Restore settings after re-install.  It is much simpler to offload the app and then restore it.  That keeps all your settings and it is semi-automatic.
