What is everyone using to store/transport their NV system?

I have been checking Amazon, etc. for ideas but I keep coming up short. I prefer an EVA style hard case

with movable velcro dividers and don't want a Pelican style as I feel their too bulky.

I wanted the case to be just large enough for the NVD, 75mm lens, TV 67mm Plossl assembly, a variety(8+)

of 1.25"-2" filters and a few adapters.

Let see what you guys are using and am quite open to suggestions.

Thanks!

John

Harbor Freight Apache extra large.   Sorry but it is like a Pelican.   I store the NV the TV55, Filters, and two Nikon lenses and it is just about to overflow,

I use a soft case from an Orion 80mm refractor that I no longer own. I never travel by air.

The case holds the intensifier, my 50mm repurposed guide scope, a Barlow, a reducer (in the front pocket) and some filters.

Cheap flight case with foam I’ve carved up.. I’ve changed some hits so maybe I need to replan the foam?! Stuff seems to sort of fit.

I’ve got well over $5k invested in my NVD setup so I go with the best protective case on the planet - Pelican

Thanks for everyone's input, most appreciated!

I decided on using a makeup case. lol.gif  Don't laugh too hard.

These type cases come in various sizes, are hard sided providing excellent protection, lightweight

and have 3 layers with dividers in the main section plus their inexpensive, $25-35.

The medium size I chose holds all the filters, connectors, adapters,67mm Plossl,, 75mm Cosmicar,

phonemate, etc..

Links for both the one I chose and next larger size to accommodate additional lenses:
