In my country, I usually do "Social Astronomy" with the residents of my neighborhood. When it was the last ecplipse, I set up two telescopes and several neighbors from the vicinity came to see it.
There was a 90X900 Refractor showing a 30cm (1ft) diameter Sun; with incredible details. Also an ETX90 with Baader filter, which kept monitoring for an hour with the modifications I made to the engine. I shared here: https://www.cloudyni...etx-90-upgrade/

These acts are very important -in the long run- for children.
One recommendation: Keep on hand a bottle with Windex; to clean the eyepieces after a woman looks. They leave eyelash makeup residue stuck to it.
Regards.
Edgardo

Hi Edgardo - your link didn't come across properly, you might want to check it; did you use the insert hyperlink button (see below - circled in RED)?

That’s quite the impressive scope, and an impressive amount of people, you probably made all of their nights.

Just curious, what brand or model is that 14”? I’ve never seen one so short like that. It’s almost miniature!
