Dear CN fellows,

I was always amazed with the photography of solar surface you post here. they are wonderful!  So I decided to try! Here is it (as good as it gets): achromat, solar film (white light) and 35 nm Ha filter. asi 1600, bin 2. No etalon. no barlow.

thanks much for watching!

best,

Andrey

Hi Mark,

thanks much!

Sure,

1. White Light filter on the objective -  Thousand Oak Optical film (not glass) bought it here on CN used for about 50 USD like 2 years ago.

2. Ha filter - just in fron of sensor  - Baader 35nm Ha filter. Reason to add - wanted to cut off green and blue colors - it is achromat.

Best,

Andrey
