Like the 127 being easier to move outside than the 152. Bang, slam, whap always a risk... at least for me. My 6 inch f8 Jaegers was frightening to maneuver through the house.
Loved it, resolved all the ATM build issues and learned how vital focuser squaring was, but had to sell it. But it never would have left if had been a modern triplet (offsetting the transport issues), not a stunningly well made achromat.
The days your energy level says 'no' on the 152, you'll be using the 127. And be very happy you kept it, I think. I had the 127 or 152 choice too, but in achros, and that was my experience; the 127 was an f5 but weight and diameter were.still significant advantages when moving it.
The 5 inch to f8 6 inch difference also reminds me of the decision tree on using the GPS11 or the C8 on an alt az.
Personally, I find the 80 / 127 / 152 trio to be a good one if you have to move them for use.
