PAP has been around a long time.

Ostahowski Optics (also SoCal) can provide secondary mirrors as well.

I found one post on a search from the vendor, "Pete" on a forum post in 2020. Glad to know they've been around for awhile. I didn't get the feeling from my google search that amateurs were aware of the source...

I wasn't aware of PAR.  

 

They do offer fused Silica and Zerodur so that is good.  Their prices for diagonals 3.1 inch and under seem not too different than Antares and Astrosystems/Ostahowski but for the larger mirrors they are pretty expensive, a 4 inch pyrex is $825.
