My new HEQ5 power voltage is reading 1V lower than the voltage being input. I tried 3 different supplies with slightly different input voltages and am monitoring the input using an adapter connected to a voltmeter. 12.2V reads 11.2V, 12.5V reads 11.5, etc.

Anyone else see this behavior?

Mine is off too - about .7v. But that doesn't surprise me; the built in voltage monitoring circuit consist of literally pennies of components. There are decently accurate volt/ammeters on Amazon at very low prices. I installed one on my battery box. It's more than accurate enough for the purpose and I'm pretty sure I didn't spend more than $10-$15 for it.
