Hello Fellow S&T subscribers:

Just wanted to report that my September S&T issue came today!  Yea!!!!

Also, the address label was extremely well attached now, adhesive all the way to the edges of the label.

No curled up edges at all.

I think the problem has been solved.

Thank you Sky and Telescope team!

Yes, mine actually arrived, and earlier than expected with label well attached.  I don't know that the adhesive/label issue is solved though, we thought that several months ago when they were well attached, but since then their have been several that were poorly/barely affixed.   And I had to get a replacement issue for one that didn't arrive about two months ago, so I won't be celebrating until I eventually get 6 in a row on time and without trouble.

Until 2021 I had gone years without missing any S&T issues but two of the last seven issues haven't arrived, including the August issue.  I haven't gotten the Sept issue yet.

It arrived, but with a single staple in the middle of the spine.  The sky map in the middle came loose as I started to read the magazine.

Hmmm, I get mine from a distributor and haven’t seen August yet. Maybe need to go back to subscribing directly as I used to in the past?!

Peter

PS Postie must have heard me… landed on my doormat minutes later.

Mine arrived a few weeks back but not in great shape. Might be the last mile issue...

I think the AAS is definitely listening and working on improving things. Maybe not everybody agree, but I think they deserve our recognition and a big thanks for their service to the community:

* They bought S&T

* They revamp and improve content

* They improve service to subscribers, mailing issues

* The launch new editions of S&T

* They bought Willman-Bell (news from today!)

They said they will have a new vendor in October for the magazines. We'll see if they have better luck
