Hello all,

I had questionable conditions today (SSM around 1.5 to 2.5 and a slight cloud layer) but I am sure most you saw the huge arch prominence so I decided to give it a try and I am quite pleased as this thing was really moving.

This animation is 250 frames every 30 seconds for 30 minutes with my Lunt 50 DS + 178MM + 2x barlow.

Very cool to watch this one unfold. I think it looks like a cow or horse grazing.

This was done with a new version of Solar Live View that fixed a problem with the animation frames being unnecessarily noisy. They look alot better now.

And here is a screenshot showing SharpCap in the upper left, SLV in the upper right and the animation window in the lower right.

Enjoy

Great animation Dave.  I have your softwares installed and will see if I get a chance to try it out shortly.

Really cool how that all fits together on the screen, and it looks so good Dave.

Awesome Dave!  I have files to work on for the same prom under good seeing but poor transparency once again.  Will be interested to see how it comes out!

Hey Chuck,

If you don't have the latest version (1.7) it would be worthwhile to re-download and get it as the improvements are pretty substantial. Looking forward to see if you can produce with it.
Dave
