Im using an ASIAIR pro with a ZWO ASI 120mm mini and am having trouble getting anything to show up when I go into the guiding interface. I have changed the exposure time from 2 to 5 seconds and still just get a blank picture. I have checked all the connections and everything seems good. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would guess you are out of focus, severely so.

I agree that it is probably a focus problem.  I had the same problem until I realized I needed to adjust the backfocus of the guidescope and my ASI120mm had to be positioned so it was just hanging on to the end of the guidescope.

Did you purchase the ASIAIR Pro kit with the guidescope?  If yes, then it is the same as mine and you can adjust the focus (up to 20mm) by rotating the red ring in the middle.

This is what mine looks like when in focus
