Nothing great, but I am pretty pleased with myself given it's the first time I've really tried live stacking in Sharpcap.

This was take with my ASI224MC through my WO 66mm SD on a Celestron Nextstar 6/8SE mount sitting on my deck.

My goal was to test this out to see if I could get it working to share with my nieces and nephews.

Looks way better than my first EAA trial.

Have fun!

Got a chance to try again last night....  I'm having a blast.

I got this shot of M27 with my ASI224MC through my WO 66mm SD.  Live stack of 15 4s frames, no darks.

M27 - Live Stacked through Willam Optics 66sd, Celestron Nexstar 6/8SE mount, ASI224MC

Looking good. If you try darks, they should remove the amp glow in the lower right corner.

Thanks.

Darks are definitely on the list of things I need to do very soon.

Very Nice!

Good color on M27.

What was the gain value that you used?

Nice picture of M27.  Just curious if anyone knows what is causing the red/blue/green colors throughout the field?  Would darks eliminate those as well?

Gain was 389.  I think that's a little high, but I'm a beginner and it seemed to work

Brent,

I think those are hot pixels on my camera, and I understand that darks should remove them.  Darks are on my "try this soon" list...
