Hey everyone! I recently started doing lunar photography with my Nexstar c8 and my zwo asi 533 mc pro and the televue 2x powermate. I was wondering if these pictures are as good as it gets with this set up or if they would be better with different editing. These photos all all stacks of anywhere from 8-12000 photos and anywhere from 5% to 40%. I didn’t noticed much difference in detail when I stacked different percentages of the frames. Do you think atmospheric turbulence is causing a loss of detail? The moon was between 27 and 30 degrees for these photos. I just want to get more detail in these photos. Thanks for the help! I had to select smaller sizes but the full sizes are on my flickr http://flickr.com/photos/134685632@N07

These are great lunar images.  You might want to consider submitting your lunar work to the ALPO Lunar program.  They could appear in the monthly newsletter The Lunar Observer.  See it in the lunar forum.
