B&H is a fine place to purchase from. Reasonable prices and quality products.

I've been buying from B&H for over 20 years and the only thing that's ever botered me is why I buy something that's supposed to be new and I get what's clearly an open box. Those items have worked fine so not worth the hassle of sending back.

Hello everyone, I'm buying my first telescope and I think I'm going to go with the Celestron StarSense Explorer. I'm thinking of buying it from B&H(Amazon and Adorama's shipping rates are too high).

I read some reviews online for B&H and some of them talked about the product not arriving or arriving in bad condition, so I just wanted to ask if anyone here has bought internationally from B&H and if there were any problems with it.

Thank you.

I have ordered from B&H at least a half dozen times, up here to Canada incl.a solar PST and the service / shipping has been top of the line, fast and accurate every time  Whats there not to like, every time

I assume all are legit, and therefore "good ones".

IME, have bought numerous photo and astro items from B&H, and they've

always done what they said they'd do, or exceeded expectations.

I'd be super-surprised if they shipped something sub par.

No hesitation recommending B&H.

I've never had to contact them, but if there's a concern, would recommend

contacting them directly.

HTH.
