For those with a rolloff roof (ROR) observatory, I propose a simple poll. Just 4 questions.

Thanks in advance for participating.

1. What is the footprint of your ROR (not including gantry - just the building)

2. What type of roll off system does it use (ie garage door, v-groove castors and angle iron, etc)

3. Is the roof rolloff motorized, and if so, is it automated?

4. How long has your ROR been in use?

Thanks again, and
Clear Skies
Joe

Our club's ROR observatory:
1. 8x10 feet
2. Garage door opener since 2011. Human push power for two years before that. Back then, I could actually move the roof.
3. Motorized but not automatic or remotely controlled.
4. 12 years (since 2009)
