I have the 3" Starlight feather touch focuser here in this link:

https://starlightins...&product_id=411

Does anybody know if this will work with he ZWO Electronic focuser?  is anybody using both of them?  ZWO's website doesn't show it, however it seems like it will work.

Please let me know if anybody is using this set up.

Thank you in advance.

Not very cheap, but does not require a separate focus motor controller, it's built in!

Just plug into a usb cable, and 12v.

You might call the company as see if this unit works on your Feather Touch model.

FeatherTouch FTF2515, 2525, 2535  2-1/2-inch dual-speed focusers,
FeatherTouch FTF3015, 3025, 3035  3-inch dual-speed focusers,

I have the model for the 3.5" Feather Touch focuser and it works great.

I have both for my 3" Feather Touch focuser.  The ZWO EAF will work although it's a bit kludgy in how it bolts on to the FT.  The Optec Thirdlynx is a much better fit and overall better solution if you want to occasionally manually focus.

Edit: If you want to use the ASI "Air Pro" then the ZWO EAF is your only option.

Do you find that the ZWO works well enough or a bad solution?

I have a 2" Feathertouch on my servocat equipped dob with the EAF. It worked fine using the focuser brake finger screw and the right-most hex screw on front of feather touch to mount the EAF to the focuser. It is pretty lightweight and seems to work fine. Please see attached

I found that the ZWO had too much mechanical flex when mounting the flat ZWO bracket against the radius of the focuser.  Perhaps if the ZWO came with a radius block it would fit better.  I no longer use the ZWO EAF on the 3" FT focuser if that's an indication.
