What are these thumb screws for on my ES102?

I purchases this scope brand new from ES in late March of this year and can't find a diagram showing me what these thumb screws are for.. If you know for CERTAIN what each are for please let me know. I would image one of these would lock the focuser draw tube from moving in and out so I afraid to tighten any of them down in fear of scratching the draw tube so they are all a little loose. The 2 red ones look to do the same thing but I don't know what and the green one I think could be the focuser tube lock. The blue arrow just points to a threaded hole in which a 2nd draw tube lock screw can go?
