Will the new iMac’s running the M1 or M1x or possibly the M2 support Adobe Lightroom, SGP and or Pixinsight?

All Adobe products -- without a doubt.

Pixinsight -- probably.

SGP -- not likely.

IMHO :)

PI, yes, but at the moment it operates under emulation and it is necessary to delete the Starnet module to make it work (in any case it is surprisingly fast to operate under emulation). There is also APP available for Mac.

All Adobe software.

Regarding capture software, neither SGP, NINA or Voyager are available for Mac (neither intel nor M1). In the end I ended up buying a cheap laptop pc for capture.

Pretty much true.  PI runs on Macs, though it runs faster on Linux.  SGP is one of a number of programs put out by very small shops, that really can only afford to put out a Windows version.
