In addition to the images of AR2781 in the previous thread, I was able to capture some images of AR2782 on the eastern limb and some prominences from last Sunday.

Great images! I really enjoy the fuzz/cloudiness that shows up in the inverted versions; almost like something from under an electron microscope.

Thanks, coblr! I can't relate I have never looked under an electron microscope frown.gif.  I'm glad you liked the images.

Thanks, Peter and Alan for the positive feedback!

Here's a couple of other shots of AR2781 that didn't make the cut in my other thread.

I like to zoom in on your ARs, just fascinated by the detail. Haven't been online in awhile, but when I did I scrolled to find if you had posted anything lately

I have possession of my SS RG18 now. Had to call AplineAstro and order 3 adapters today. Luckily Bob was working.

Hope to have a look through it all by the weekend maybe.

I enjoy all your photos James. Keep them coming sir.

Graham

Thanks, Graham! I'm glad you enjoy the pics. I certainly like taking them.

Good luck with your new tool!  I've captured some data this morning in some marginal seeing but I missed last weekend so it was fun to get out.
