Soyuz or I stay on the ground.

And no way am I going to Mars in anything less than a Project Orion type spacecraft.

(Like I have a chance of ever making the choice! Closest I'm ever going to get to that experience is a few seconds at a time in zero-G flying a glider "Vomit Comet" style!)

Why Blue Origin?

A proper camera is what I'd take, with a fast lens.

And my Holy Bible.

Could they even see stars from an altitude of 107km during the day? (Or is that not why people want to take binoculars?)

Thanks, and clear skies, Alan

And what if you are on holiday on the ISS (at 400 Km) for a dozen days?

In the absence of gravity, a 20" binocular Dob could also be handled ...

^ ^ ^

That's probably what I should have asked in the OP.

Bino nerds: where are you?
