This very handy scope has a 68mm clear aperture cemented doublet and a focal length of 380mm. It is aluminum and very well made with SAE hardware and a very long section to the focuser.

It has no maker's mark anywhere, does someone have an idea, or even a guess as to who made it?

It looks overbuilt, like something a machinist would make.  I'm going to guess it's an ATM project.  Cool scope.
