Hello,

 

I decided to use SC sensor analysis and the results are very good. We have a almost fullmoon now and a lot of light polution.

You can improve some light polluted photos by removing the gradient. Here's your image with some post adjustments in Affinity Photo like brightness, contrast, shadows, clarify, and background removal. I'm sure others could do better pulling out detail and eliminating noise.
