Hello all,

Happy thanksgiving! I am relatively new to the hobby and after practicing much patience, a new questar 3.5 standard owner. As I come to grips with how to use it, I was wondering if any of the members have any experience using ASIAir with the questar. I am aware of the limitations with regards  to the the long focal length/ slowness and RA drive and periodic error as it relates to long exposure photography. I’m unsure about the mount compatibility with ASIAir.

I was just curious if it can be used for plate solving, polar alignment, auto guiding and imaging with the questar.

Thank you in advance for any thoughts.

Best,

Omer
