This is by no means a spectacular image because Arp 219 is so small at 0.9' x 0.8' so it does require some focal length.    But the Arp galaxies are fun to image nonetheless just for the sheer challenge and their odd characteristics.  My challenge is the Mpls/St Paul (MN) light dome which is directly 20 miles south of me.  Light clouds/fog didn't help either. 

 

Plus does not look like this is imaged very often.

 

9x10min subs at 2910mm through a C11 with a ST-8XME carried by an MI-250.
