Got the 1969 Jaegers 6" f/15 out tonight for Jupiter. I have it on an EQ6-R Pro temporarily while I make improvements to the Schaefer mount it usually rides on. A little undermounted but it's fun to have go-to as an option.

Wow, very nice looking refractor! Can I ask you where you got the pier extension for the EQ6-R? I have an AZ-EQ6 for my SVX152T and it needs a pier extension but I think the Sky Watcher extension has some issues.

Yes, the Sky-watcher brand pier extension is absolutely garbage. Built by someone with zero engineering skills. Had 2 and they both had their own issues. I found this one on the CN Classifieds. I think similar ones can be found on ebay? But I couldn't find one identical to this one, it's very stout. Exactly how it should be built.

Two epic perfect refractors and two sentimental also epic refractors. And some epic finder scope refractors.

Got to love the TSA 120 and the FS-100DC combo.

I believe I posted this photo before but maybe we can get more TSA 120 and FC-100DC or FC-100DF combo photos.

One might think that they are two close is size and weight and performance. But the fact that the FC-100s are only 6.1 and 6.3 pounds respectably and are doublets makes them easily more portable and quicker to acclimate. And if you have the time, the 20mm size advantage of the TSA 120 delivers that much more in the eyepiece that makes it worth setting up, even though the TSA 120 is still rather portable on its own.

Here are my SM 125ED and Tak100DF as GnG setups. All 3 get used equally.

Here are the trio, from small to large: ES 102, AT115EDT, and the StellaMaria 125ED Doublet.  The AT115EDT and the SM 125ED get the most use.  All on a AVX mount.
