SA2i Won't Connect to App after App Update

I'm using a SA2i, and every since the app auto-updated a couple days ago it won't connect to my SA anymore.  Tracking works fine when I just turn the dial to the sidereal tracking option.  When I turn the dial to App, I can connect my phone to the SynScanWiFi signal, but the app won't connect to the device.  I'm assuming it's related to the app update that just happened.  I've tried reinstalling the app and updating firmware but that did not fix the problem.  Anyone else having this issue with the app update or have a solution?
