I changed the steps up to 60 and the pixels down to 10. West step was working and passed the test, whereas the North step hardly moved at all and would sometimes go backwards in distance.

I also changed aggressiveness in Algorithms.

I checked polar alignment and balance and they were spot on.

I am stuck and don't know what to do.

Is there any way to fix this?

Mount: iOptron SkyGuider Pro

Imaging Software: APT (Astro Photography Tool)

Thanks in advance!

You have to guide in RA only. The SkyGuider doesn't have a DEC motor.

Have you let PHD2 build a dark calib library? If not it can easily try to calibrate on a hot/cold pixel, which will not move, and throw up the error.

*edit* oh yeah tracker...what Johnny said.
