The altitude base managed to break when my HEQ5 PRO was loaded with around 10.5kg of gear, it cracked around the rear bolt hole (push p.a up) and Sky watcher haven't yet replied to my emails regarding warranty. Was wondering if anyone knew where i can get a replacement part if it comes to that, just so i know where i can go if they decide its not covered.

I’d think Sky-Watcher would be the only place you could get one. They’ve stated before that they have almost any part available to order, so you could go that way if it came to it.
