I am working with a local university re: an old Celestron 14" SCT Schmidt Telescope (see attached) and trying to get it running. I believe I have found the main telescope manual (Celestron 11/14) but it mentions another manual for operating instructions for the Heavy Duty - C14 Drive Corrector which provides slewing and guiding for the C14 DEC and RA axes. It says the reference is called Celestron's "Electronic Aids for Telescope Clock Drives". It appears that the telescope has this additional component and it would be good to have the manual but I can't find it (on site or online).

Does anyone have a digital copy?

Yeah, that is the manual I found. It's the one referred to within that manual that I'm looking for (page 20, column 1, item #3).

Thanks for this. I hadn't found this information before. Even if I can't find the manual perhaps this will give me enough info to understand the controls on the unit.

Another place to look for info on AC Drive Correctors is the Classic Telescope forum.

You're good. The scope may be "an antique" but the info needed is newer.

A little info:

Here's a schematic of the base:

https://www.cloudyni...ical-schematic/

The RA motor is connected directly to 110 VAC, the drive corrector changes the AC frequency.

And this fellow uploaded some classic manuals to Dropbox:
