I have never tried the moon since getting the 294 MC pro. I am using a Meade LX90 (8"SCT). Is it possible with this camera due to its sensitivity. Im not sure how to set the camera I have tried exposures as low as 0.0001" unity gain 121 offset 30.Everything is just so bright totally over exposed. Some suggested settings would be appreciated. I also use Nina for all settings.

Check your settings. You have an error somewhere. You should be able to use something in the ms, not tenths of ms.
Does NINA have some display stretch that you have enabled? SharpCap has that and it can throw you if you don't realize it is on.

Use Firecapture. It's faster and outputs into a convenient file format. You shouldn't have any issues getting quick enough exposures at the f/ratio of an SCT to avoid blowout. Start with the presets and adjust from there.

Lower your gain to zero.

This is a Moon image taken with am ASI294 MC Pro and a 127mm refractor. It seems like your settings are not working properly. Try taking a video and processing it with AutoStakkert. Try 0.02 msec, I used SharpCap; Nina's fast shutter settings don't seem to work well for me.

I found my 8" meade overpowered the moon; the best pic i have of the moon is with a zwo 290 mini thru a 50mm viewfinder.

Thanks to all who replied to my post. I was able to get a controllable image using Sharp Cap as suggested. Using the exposure and gain sliders was more intuitive as opposed to me trying to guess exposure and gain settings. I stacked a video in PIPP even though I don't understand most if its settings. The seeing was not very good the best FWHM I could get was about 5.12. Hopefully on a better night I can get a better focus. I checked the collimation it was close (visually centered donut). Are there any posts with help on processing. I have PIPP, registax, siril and Images Plus.

Good for you. Don't stack in Registax. You said your stacked in PIPP, but PIPP is not stacking software, so I'm not sure what you meant. You should be stacking in Autostakkert.
