The partial phase of a total lunar eclipse will begin at approximately 10:28 p.m. EDT on Sunday night. Totality will occur at approximately 11:29 p.m. EDT and will last for about 85 minutes.  Greatest eclipse takes place at 12:12 a.m. EDT.  The partial phase of the eclipse will end at approximately 1:56 a.m. EDT.

The eclipse is visible from the Middle East, Africa, western Europe, most of North America, South America, and Antarctica.
