Hard to see much in the photo, but I have often thought that many features of the Moon resemble indistinct writing and numerals.

I caught the culprits in action; photo clearly shows alien lander craft tagging up OUR moon!

It is just a pareidolia.
I guess that you guys also see ruined cities on Mars or alien pyramids under the Antarctic ice sheets?
