This coming Friday night is the second workshop. It is at the Wilderness Center (same place) at 7:30 (different time).

Pre-registration is suggested at:

https://wildernessce...night-workshop/

$10 fee at the door.

The second session of the astrophoto workshop will meet this Friday, May 20 at the Interpretive Building at 7:30 p.m.. As before, preregistration is recommended. $10 fee is collected at the door.

This second session will concentrate on the digital image and how to work with it. The first session is not prerequisite.

The forecast for Friday night has improved, so if we get lucky, maybe we can do some imaging afterwards. Friday during the day is forecast to be HOT (89F). Temperatures should gradually decrease after dark. You might want to bring a jacket to be safe, but you probably won't need it. Figure on 20-30F cooler than the daytime high.

Clear Skies,
Phil

Will this be recorded for viewing on utube or some other platform?
