The seeing was great this morning – I wish I'd started earlier.
My first look at the sun around 10 AM Pacific with a 125 mm achromat and a Baader Herschel wedge showed a full disk that looked like it was frozen. Unbelievably good seeing! Later, I got my phone holder in place and took this:
The seeing broke down with a bit of heat chop and I tried taking some bursts of AR3014. This scope is a little too much for my trusty AZMP, so it's equatorially mounted on a G-11. I may have a go at stacking, but until then, the world's laziest photographer thinks nothing of posting lucky frames:
