[Queens Delight]

Hi all! I'm a bit stumped with this issue i am running into. Hypertuned CGEM controlled through my laptop via anker usb 5 port hub powered, 10 meter siig repeater  usb. all components are either tether pro or better cables. While controlling my mount the RA & DEC surge. consistent sound in both goto and manual slew via CPWI.  my confusion lies when controlling via stellarium & HC, its as smooth as can be, no surging. I am able to get 50/100subs unguided, losing average of 5% due to trailing with edge 800 @ F/7. still a beginnner and working out my OAG cam issue. Any ideas of what could be a possible issue? i have uninstalled CPWI & drivers multiple times and still the same issue. I have also eliminated USB hub and long cables using short 3ft cable directly from HC to PC. Maybe motor control board?  Maybe setting in CPWI? Very Confusing and frustrating, i suppose it wouldn't be my favorite hobby if it worked every time. Thanks!!
