I have just purchased the scope and would like to understand how to take it apart so that I can bring it back cosmetically to a decent standard along with removing the lense to clean.
I suppose what I am looking for is someone who has done this or where I can find a maintenance manual (if one ever existed). And lastly anyone who has any spare parts for it.
Not sure if anyone can help me as these appear to be rare.
In anticipation

If anyone knows, it's probably Dave Trott.

Hi
Contacted Dave who tried his best to help me, with no success.
Still trying to find someone who has one as mine appears different from the one Dave Trott had.
Thanks for the suggestion.

I will have to wait for one of these to come up for sale or alternatively see if I can buy a single eye piece holder that could fit onto the turret back plate.
Thanks for replying to this thread, I am going to try to refresh the paint on the one I have, and see if any one has taken one fully to pieces and has more detail on type of paint and the correct colour to use?
Will set it for some night time observing once the weather improves and let you know how I get on.
Again thank you,any views/information is much appreciated.
Regards
