Hello to all of you Dobsonian telescopes lovers.  I want you my new Dobsonian under construction a fabulous 71cm Dobsonian Supermaser made in Italy by Silvano Reginato. 
Now I have a 61cm but I could not resist the call of the diameter. 

I put a photo of 61cm and 71cm not yet finished but the photo gives a good idea.

What is the weight of the heaviest part for 61 cm (24")?

What is the thickness of the primary mirror?

I've looked at the website before; these are smartly designed scopes. How is the motion in the axes? Is there a way to add motors? Do you get to observe in the wind - how is the stability? What sort of objects are you going for with these? Any answers are appreciated.

 

P.S. Do you collimate with a laser? How large is the beam deflection with movement in altitude? Also, how is the balance when you are changing eyepieces? I hope you don't mind my asking.

I see it is not balanced without an eyepiece? Or I'm wrong?
Your finder is heavy, it's unlikely that 27kg at the bottom is enough to balance it. How is it with balancing when changing eyepieces (including the heaviest or bino)? It probably has some kind of Alt friction mechanism, how stable is it in both short and long term use? Do you have a more detailed photo?
Are you transporting him in a car to a dark site or is it only a semi-stationary (on video)?
If it's not a secret, remove the back cover on the mirror box, show a photo of the mirror and the mirror cell from the back.

For Ivan Mali,the movements in the axes are smooth and fluid and without vibrations.  if you change the eyepiece and it is not too heavy it does not move at all, I use it mainly for small galaxies but also on the planetarium the mirror is very good 1 / 10lambda, for now there is only no motors but I think in the future it will,holds collimation perfectly.  it's a rock.

For A-I ,in the video it is unbalanced because I use paracoor and ethos and it is 100 degrees therefore very heavy, it has 2 clutches on the sides to make it harder or softer and it has a counterweight from 4 +3 kg to under to balance.  I also use the 2.2 kg turret.  now I don't have the photo of the cell below, I keep it semi assembled in the observatory.

 

 

yes the 71 is under construction but I already use the 61cm as shown in the photo
