for the past ~5 days, I've experienced this problem repetitively. Every time I add an observation in the website, it'll disappear within a click of a refresh even if I clearly saved it. I already tried re-adding the observations in the website, yet it still doesn't save no matter what I do. Why is this? How do I fix this? Can I contact the developers to report this problem?

I gave up on Stellarium and now use Sky Safari 6 Plus. It has the feature you are looking for.
