Hi everyone, 

 

A while ago I found a beautiful Amoeba (possible Proteus) and recorded some videos, both in dark and bright field. I made a brief musical piece using layers of sequencers to mimic the constant flow of particles inside the cell. Hope you like it!

 

Dark field @ 100 and 200 x, bright field @ 400 x

iPhone 5s through Amscope c120 b, homemade dark filter.

Nicely done, the music is perfect. I have a new (to me) scope on the way, but the delivery keeps getting pushed back, now due tomorrow, argh.
