I have 40+ stills of the milky way, taken at 2 minute intervals.
I'd like to turn them into a short video.
Is there a free program out there to do this simply?
Something like....
Drag and drop the jpg's, select a frame rate, hit create, bingo?
My on line search found a lot of slide show apps, but that's not what I'm looking for, - or at least the ones I've tried aren't accomplishing what I want.
Thanks in advance

backstory
I mounted a wide angle camera on my main scope (repurposed Canon 5DM2) to keep an eye out for changing sky conditions
It' takes 30 sec exposures every 2 min.
The other night I was imaging fairly low (M16), and so accumulated over an hour's worth of beautiful Milky Way images.
Because it was tracking with the scope, the M.W. stayed steady, and instead the landscape moves. A slide show is too slow to show the effect very well, but I'm thinking a 4-5 sec video might look better.
