Catching up finally!  I didn't realize I had caught this flare in the vicinity of that wonderful filaprom that there have been some great shots of recently.  This is 45 minutes in real time and as soon as the original finished I started capturing another for the inverted version of that prom.  The filaments also put on a pretty good show.  Lunt LS60T DS, ASI174MM, Meade 3X TeleXtender  Both have been rotated 90 degrees CW for viewing.

Really cool action Warren, both in the prom and also the filament down on disc, surprisingly lots of movement there!

Very best,

Thanks Lorenzo and Marty!  I was surprised by how much motion that filament showed too Marty, and it kept it up through both animations.

45 minutes well spent.  Heaps of action in such a short time.  Great effort :)
