So I am trying to find out what the thread is for the GSO 1.25 Diagonal. The threads from the nosepeice to the Diagonal itself. Not the filter side. It looks to be a coarser thread pitch. But the same diameter as a 1.25" filter.

With reasonable care just about any measurement device will give you the answer.  Tape measure, ruler, caliper, etc.  According to this article the most likely candidate is M28.5x0.6:

We do not have the thread spec, but I can tell you that it is nothing common/standard (it's not M28.5x0.6). Plus there are at least 2 variations of this diagonal body thread.
