Hi, I just powered up my new HEM 27 and PHD2 connects to it just fine. Ioptron commander and its ascom must be working. I tried to connect with NINA and it has the ioptron driver in the dropdown but when you try to connect the circle just goes around and around . If you go to the settings gear at telescope it says that all settings have been moved to Ioptron commander and there is nothing to configure anymore. I am confused. anyone else?

Not near my imaging setup but I use Ioptron commander with my CEM70 and NINA 2.0. Works fine so it is something more subtle in your setup. I presume at this point you have connected to the mount in Commander right? For me, that is a separate step I need to do BEFORE I try to connect from NINA.

I can connect the GEM45 in NINA without any prior connections to the mount. Just starting NINA and nothing else, I can go to the Equipment tab and select the Telescope icon and then click Connect and it opens Commander.

To the OP, have you looked at the NINA logs? Look for the line below and see what it's saying.

I discovered that my laptop virus software was blocking Ioptron commander from downloading properly. I turned it off and got Commander working and NINA worked great for platesolving and camera control.

Glad you figured it out!
