I cannot download the new software and NIS blocks the Contact Us web page and I cannot get into the Forum as the ZWO web site won't send me a password reset. Tried from several computers. The obvious answer is to turn off Norton, but is there any other concern about ZWO's site and downloads? Or is this just the amazing insight of new Artificial Intelligence analysis of web sites?

There's plenty of discussion on this within the ZWO forums. I'm not aware of anyone having problems using their online resources. I haven't had any, myself.
