Hey everyone, apologies for the large amounts of posts. Promise this will be the last one for a while

 

While me and a few others were attempting to stack our stacks together, a faint, though prominent artifact became visible.

Because we have widely varying focal lengths/integration, these lines appeared throughout the frame.

Is there a possible way to blend or even better, remove these lines?

It looks like the lines are coming from a difference in rotation between data sets.

 

 

Other than artistically blurring the lines, which will destroy data, the only way I know to avoid them would be to crop within them...just cut them off. It might be possible to use GradientMergeMosaic in Pixinsight. It's normally used for blending mosaic panel edges, but it might also work here. The panel edge just being the full image. Just an idea.
