Why is everything out of stock? I want to replace my focuser for my Celestron SPC 102, but the GSO is out of stock. The Moonlite focuser is over 700 dollars. That’s more than what I paid for the telescope. Perhaps I should e patient.

Why is everything out of stock?..
Many supply chain issues still haven't recovered from Covid.

Focusers have been rough to get for years. They are sending them out the door attached to telescopes instead of selling as parts.

Have you been in a supermarket lately? A lot of things are out of stock, and a lot of things that are in stock have doubled or tripled in price over the last year.
Supply chain disruptions that developed since January 2020 still haven't been resolved. Energy prices have soared. Businesses have closed. Economies in the "west" are falling into recession and suffering from inflation. Meanwhile, what may eventually be regarded as WW3 began 11 months ago.
The world is not in great shape right now.

Actually, I have been buying a lot of telescope-related stuff lately and, with one exception, availability is not a problem.
The exception involves focusers and associated autofocusing equipment (e.g., motors). Two of the primary producers (Moonlite, Starlight Instruments) seem to have scaled back operations a great deal. Supply-chain issues may explain part of this, but since others don't seem to be affected, I suspect there are company-specific issues involved as well.

Now you can appreciate how much talent, time, and effort goes into building your telescope components.

Indeed. I also appreciate how much they cost.

I'm still surprised many of the AT telescopes are in stock even with this sale. Including the AT102ED. That thing is always out of stock!

Most Celestron 102s take the 96.6mm flange of which Agena has a dual speed in stock.
https://agenaastro.c...speed-96mm.html
If yours takes the 86.4mm flange then you would need another adapter which they also have in stock.
https://agenaastro.c...flage-86mm.html
Agena now has the 86.4mm single speed in stock.
https://agenaastro.c...speed-86mm.html
and the 96.6 linear bearing dual speed.

Thanks! I picked one up.
