Well, another nice scope just closed on Ebay. I think this went for a good deal. This is quite the rare scope. I have all the literature on it and was reading all the S&T ads last night. The last one I saw was about 1 year ago from the UK.

Seems as though we have a new bidder in the classic world 1Tom1 who also bid on the Selsi 247.

Only one comment; Tell us about them before they close, not after. :p Had I known about it I'd have loved to bid on it. My schedule doesn't allow for much ebay cruising time and when I do get some time I can't seem to find anything except a gazillion junk department store scopes there, page after page of them. How do you locate the good stuff on ebay? :help:

That was a beauty, and worth every penny!
I have the 60mm Swift model 839, same era, and don't think I will ever part from it....
