You mean a USB powered dew heater?

 

No.  That USB port is intended as a charge tender for a smartphone or tablet, and cannot supply nearly the amount of wattage required for a dew heater for the optical tube.

 

Specs: Charge Port 5V, Max Output 2.0A -- 10W max.

 

An 8" Celestron Dew Heater Ring draws about 1.7A @ 12V, meaning 20W of power at full draw.  Less when throttled with a PWM controller.
