Has any one heard of a Tasco 90MM F/10 refractor,circa 1987,
ordered from the J.C. Penney catalogue. I have never seen or heard of another one besides the one I have. Sorry, no
digital cam,no pics.

Yes I have two of these, both purchased used. One in poor shape and the other mint. Optics are pretty good but nothing worth bragging about. I believe these are identical to the Skywatcher 90mm scopes of the same era. The mount that came with these is their bright point.

Jim,Thanks for the reply
I agree with your opinion about the optics. 1O years after
I puchased the Tasco, I bought C102HD new. After comparing
the optics and prefering 90MM's less CA, THE 102 went back
in box for 10 more years-I sold it in July this year. I still have the 90.
